Each Alpenglobe reservation requires a separate pre-order. To pre-order food and beverage for multiple Alpenglobes, simply submit multiple orders, noting which date and time slot you are ordering for! GLÜHWEIN
This traditional European Christmas market beverage is a warm spiced wine with a rich, aromatic, and sweet taste. The wine is heated and infused with cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and orange zest. Pasteurized.
This traditional European Christmas market warm white wine tastes of delicious apple cinnamon cider blended with honey, caramel, and various rich and hearty spices. Pasteurized.
BEER
Dünk the Halls by Brewery Vivant is our exclusive Christmas beer. Only available at the Christkindl Markt and Brewery Vivant, this Dunkelweizen is a German-style dark wheat that is amber hued, malt forward, with soft hints of caramel and toffee. Contains gluten.
WHITE WINE
Constantin Richter is the 10th generation at this winery. His ancestor successfully bribed Napoleon's army to spare their home village of Mülheim and was rewarded with the best vineyard in the village. If you think Riesling is always sweet, this will end that belief. Bone-dry, the Richter Riesling shows lime candy, ripe apricot, and wet stones.
Austria's hallmark grape, Gruner Veltliner. Martin Moser is the 26th generation winemaker here making spicy, floral, citrusy Gruner in the town of Krems.
RED WINE
A structured Pinot Noir with gentle tannins, berries, cherry and earth. A silky, cheerful holiday red. Estate grown and harvested at high physiological ripeness, fermented traditionally and
matured in new and old oak for 12+ months. A serious German dry red pinot noir with firm structure, expressive real pinot characteristics and fine maturing potential, unadulterated by new wood. It reflects the limestone terroir with expressive berry fruit and complexity.
CHAMPAGNE AND OTHER BUBBLES
One of the world's oldest wineries dating back to 1113, this wine is made by monks at the namesake monastery. With over 900 years of winemaking experience, they've had time to get it just right. Think Asian pear, green apple, and grilled pineapple.
A Rosé of red fruit and finesse tasting of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and cherry with hints of pastry and a silky creaminess. A lively and luminous wine made for holiday toasts. 100% Trepat, which makes this Rosé have serious depth.
KINDERPUNSCH (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
A kid-friendly mulled punch that’s filled with fruit flavor and spiced winter aromas. Non-alcoholic, pasteurized.
Jean Laurent is a specialist in the Blanc de Noirs style, located in the south end of the Champagne region. Bold, intense Champagne showing spicy cherry, apricot, and nectarine. A very satisfying Champagne.
Bernard Remy and son, Rudy, meticulously manage their 12 hectares of vines in Champagne. Think fresh-baked brioche, red currant, and fresh red berries with bracing freshness.
