Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required for an Alpenglobe experience.
How long is each Alpenglobe reservation?
Each reservation is three hours. Regular reservation time slots are:
Wed/Thu: 12:00pm-3:00pm, 4:00pm-7:00pm
Fri/Sat: 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:30pm-5:30pm, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Sun: 11:00am-2:00pm, 4:00pm-7:00pm
How many Alpenglobes are there?
There are up to six Alpenglobes available for each time slot. Email reservations@christkindlmarktgr.com to reserve multiple Alpenglobes for the same time slot, based on availability.
What’s included in the reservation?
Exclusive Alpenglobe access, dedicated attendant for pre-ordered food and beverage options, two built-in heaters, and bluetooth compatible speaker to create your own ambience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds or cancellations. You can reschedule your reservation up to two weeks before your reservation date.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else if I am no longer able to attend?
Of course! If the guest who made the reservation is no longer able to attend, please contact the Christkindl Markt event team at reservations@christkindlmarktgr.com to coordinate a transfer.
What happens to my reservation if there is inclement weather?
If the Downtown Market and Christkindl Markt close due to weather conditions, a refund will be provided.
What if I’m late to my reservation?
Your reservation will be held for your reserved time, and no modifications will be made.
How do I add a food or beverage pre-order to the reservation?
A member of our Christkindl Markt event team will reach out to you no less than two weeks prior to your reservation to confirm your order and coordinate details.
Can I add additional beverages to our order before/during the reservation?
Yes! Reach out to reservations@christkindlmarktgr.com to add additional beverages to your order up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. Beverages can also be added during your experience.
Can we dine in the Alpenglobes?
Pre-ordered food will be delivered upon your arrival. You are also welcome to enjoy food purchased from the Downtown Market or Christkindl Markt vendors. Food and beverages purchased off-premises is not allowed.
Are the Alpenglobes ADA accessible?

Are children allowed in the Alpenglobes?
Yes. Our Alpenglobes are family-friendly. Children count toward the total guest count of eight.
Are pets allowed in the Alpenglobes
As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed in the Alpenglobes (service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed).
Is smoking allowed in the Alpenglobes?
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the Alpenglobes. The Christkindl Markt/Downtown Market is a smoke-free campus.
Where do I check in for my Alpenglobe reservation?
Please check in at the info booth.
What do I wear for an Alpenglobe experience?
We recommend dressing for the weather, layers are best as each Alpenglobe is equipped with two heaters.
What if my party damages the Alpenglobe?
If your party damages the Alpenglobe, you will be billed accordingly.
Is gratuity included in the reservation?
Gratuity is not necessary.
